Hi

 

I’m Amanda, owner of B For Bake. I always think it’s nice to see who you are dealing with so here I am. 

 

I live in Manchester with my 2 children and my husband. I love to bake.  I have baked for as long as I can remember but when people started asking me to make more professional looking cakes I thought, hang on, let’s do this properly, so I registered with my local council, took all the relevant courses and 12 months later here I am with a level 5 hygiene rating and some fabulous social media platforms.

 

There is a downfall for me. I always have brownies and other goodies in my kitchen and I eat them........I’ve tried not to........ honest,  it’s quality control. 

 

Everything I make is made to order. I don’t make a huge batch of something and hope someone buys it........I would probably eat it anyway ......I make each order as they are needed, on the same day as pick up/ delivery if possible and I always try and use really good ingredients, especially chocolate. I take pride in my cakes and try to make everything as elegant as I can. I’m very self critical which is good for you guys but looses me a lot of sleep but I absolutely love what i do luckily.
